Add Tree Harvesters and Planters to the Excavator HQ

Allowing those to rotate for Maintenance.

And maybe change the name to Heavy Equipment HQ. Well, Maybe not on the name. The Haul Trucks would be considered heavy equipment so that might not work. Maybe.

Yes that's a good idea and don't know why i didn't think of that in the first place haha. I will add them in next version to be able to park in Excavator HQ. Hmm i will keep the name for it since the tree and planters a kind of excavators just with another attachment on them. =)
