5 votes Please Add More Support for Diagonal Train Tracks 1 · JoseGaspar · 11 months ago Quality of life Trains 11 months ago by RollingSten [ideas] Posted 11 months ago I like the 30. 45, and 60 degree diagonal tracks but working with is frustrating. No 30 or 60 degree tracks can change elevation. Diagonal tracks cannon be elevated side-by-side as the pillars interfere with the track next to them. this oversize collision …

5 votes Dynamic Water/Liquids 3 · DeathRoams [ideas] · 11 months ago New content Quality of life Terrain & Mining 11 months ago by Peter34 [ideas] Posted 11 months ago This is a suggestion made based on the newest announcement of bridges and amphibious vehicles. Can we please get dynamic water, where we can pump out pits or fill pits with liquids? This would not only allow for long-term storage without having to build so…

5 votes Ore sorter improvement: Accept product-specific single product loads 0 · Martin Straub [ideas] · 11 months ago Quality of life Logistics 11 months ago by Martin Straub [ideas] Posted 11 months ago Ever so often I want to accept single product e.g iron loads, but reject the rest like rock, which will go elsewhere. So the suggestion is to get rid of the current reject checkbox, set the default to reject, and introduce checkboxes at each product for ac…

5 votes Building conveyor belts 0 · Benjamin [ideas] 2 · 12 months ago Quality of life Logistics 12 months ago by Benjamin [ideas] 2 Posted 12 months ago When building conveyor belts, the pillar system is a bit annoying, since you can't move the pillars, and an extra (unnecessary) pillar always gets placed whenever you start a belt The lifts also always get a pillar placed, which I find superfluous Could th…

5 votes Roads for towns 1 · TimoshQ [ideas] · 12 months ago New content Quality of life Population & Services Vehicles & Roads 12 months ago by RollingSten [ideas] Posted 12 months ago It would be cool to be able to connect parts of towns with other ones using small roads. Not full sized districts. I could see this being useful in following scenarios: 1: Putting services on the side of the roads so they don't interfere with future distri…

5 votes Being able to overproduce electricity 2 · polydactyly · 10 months ago Quality of life Power & Energy 10 months ago by poltime Posted 1 year ago It is so much pain in the ass to figure out one tiny spot to figure out what is making the electricity unstable as much as the game goes on and more and more complex, and probably it is one of the most frequent reasons of dead end collapses. Like we alread…

5 votes Add history button to calculator function 0 · ComputerNerd · 1 year ago Quality of life UI & UX 1 year ago by ComputerNerd Posted 1 year ago I love the calculator function in the search box...GENIUS!! But, I cannot always remember what the totals were when I click out of it and use the bottom menu buttons for something else. It would be nice to have a calculation history recall button to show X…

5 votes Labels and signs in the game 1 · Chris [ideas] 5 · 12 months ago New content Cosmetics & Decoration 12 months ago by CW [ideas] Posted 1 year ago It would be great to be able to put 'painted' words and arrows and lines etc on the surfaces of 'paved' roads. It would look great plus also let you keep track of what you were thinking when you built out the area.

5 votes More sensitive resource layers display option 0 · Final-Fan [ideas] · 1 year ago Quality of life Terrain & Mining UI & UX 1 year ago by Final-Fan [ideas] Posted 1 year ago For those of us who are perfectionists about picking up all the ore, it can be annoying to have to either look over a suspicious area with a fine tooth comb or dig much more than necessary. I'm not sure exactly what the resource overlay is notifying us of—…

5 votes Settings toggle to turn off scaffoldings 1 · Q [ideas] · 1 year ago Quality of life Logistics 1 year ago by CW [ideas] Posted 1 year ago I keep finding myself trying to align perfect pipeline and auto scaffoldings just break it for me. I keep aligning everything with 4 width gaps and it mostly works but perhaps ability to just turn those off completely would remove the pressure from my OCD.…

5 votes Be able to organize train lines into groups 0 · Sy5temVX · 1 year ago Quality of life Trains 1 year ago by Sy5temVX Posted 1 year ago Once trains come into play the train lines tend to expand quite a lot. Being able to organize train lines into groups really helps when you have dozens of train lines. Or either give us an option to search train line by name or by product icon, that helps …

5 votes Longer Retaining Walls 1 · Fluzz · 1 year ago Quality of life Terrain & Mining 1 year ago by Final-Fan [ideas] Posted 1 year ago I like to have longer retaining walls so when i fill up the see it is more orderly. Imagine having a port area where it is completely straight. It would look so much better and it would save up some dumping materials too.

5 votes More rules for dumping resources 3 · Kronos [ideas] · 1 year ago Quality of life Terrain & Mining 1 year ago by beepchirpwhirr [ideas] Posted 1 year ago For example, when filling in holes after extracting resources or similar, soil, rock and slag are simply mixed together. Ultimately, this does not look appealing, as it results in many unsightly grey patches scattered across the map. I would like to see an…

5 votes ore sorter auto-assignment toggle in options 0 · Danksinn420 · 1 year ago Quality of life Logistics 1 year ago by Danksinn420 Posted 1 year ago I'd love to see a check box or on/off slider to globally set whether ore sorters auto-assign products or not. While I can see it being welcomed by some players, the auto-assign regularly clogs up all of my sorters and wastes fuel from trucks driving across…
